A reading is an intimate thing. People tell Binita what they haven't told anyone. That trust is the foundation of this practice, and it extends to how Taranni handles your information.
What we collect.
What you give us to prepare and conduct your session: your name, contact details, and - for Vedic Astrology and Numerology - your date, time, and place of birth. When you pay, your transaction is handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.
Session recordings.
With your consent, sessions may be recorded so you can revisit what was discussed, and so Binita can refer back when you return for future readings. You will always be told before a session is recorded, and you may decline - the reading goes ahead either way. Recordings and notes are kept confidential and are never shared with anyone outside the practice.
How we use it.
Your information is used only to schedule your session, prepare your reading, keep a private record of your sessions for your benefit, and stay in contact with you. Nothing more.
What we never do.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information for marketing. The content of your reading - your chart, your questions, what is discussed - is confidential.
The services we rely on.
To run the practice, we use trusted third-party tools for video calls, recording and transcription, payments, and scheduling. Each holds data under its own privacy terms, and we choose them with care.
How it's kept, and your control over it.
Your information is stored securely and kept only as long as needed to serve you. You may ask at any time to see what we hold, correct it, delete it, or receive a copy of your recordings. Write to tarannitech@gmail.com
